Her meditation and practice with dharma supports her commitment to build strong spiritual friendships in compassionate community.
Holly Theisen-Jones has been practicing Buddhism since 2020 and took precepts at Red Clay Sangha in 2023. At Red Clay, Holly serves on the Sangha care committee and helps facilitate Peach Blossom Sangha, a group that practices in the Plum Village Tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. She recently changed careers to become a mental health counselor specializing in grief and loss. Her meditation practice and love of the Dharma help her find joy and humor in working with death and in the chaos of raising young children.
