Annual Membership Meeting

Ananda, Lord Buddha's long-time personal attendant and monk-disciple, asks Buddha, "Lord, is it true what has been said, that good spiritual friends are fully half of the holy life?"

The Master replied, "No, Ananda, good spiritual friends are the whole of the holy life. Find refuge in the sangha community."

Once again it is time for our Annual Red Clay Sangha Membership Meeting and Pot Luck. It is planned for Saturday, April 1, from 11:00 to 1:00. This is an important meeting for our Sangha and we hope you can attend. There are several purposes for this meeting:

• This is a chance to share with the you the health of our organization.
• We can discuss what the board is considering for the upcoming year.
• This is a perfect time for you to share your ideas about how we might improve our group.
• We can have elections for board members.
• It will provide an opportunity to socialize spend some time with friends.

After our discussion and election, we will have a pot luck lunch (please bring a dish to share).

We have a wonderful group and together we can make it even better. So mark your calendars and please plan to attend.
