Red Clay Sangha's annual members meeting will be held on Sunday, March 8. Members and non-members alike are invited to attend.
Sunday March 8th is also Precepts Renewal Day, so we will be having Lunch on the Grounds - ie people will bring a dish with them for lunch. Please join in this wonderful tradition, if you would like...but certainly come to the meeting regardless of whether you are bringing food: there will be plenty to go around!
The formal membership meeting and lunch combined will run from 11:30 (Daylight Savings Time - the clocks go forward the night of the 7th!!), immediately after our precepts renewal ceremony and conversation and will last approximately one and a half hours. It should be a delightful combination of sangha business and the joy eating together and enjoying the company of the sangha.
The meeting will cover the state of the Sangha, the high points of the year, and election of officers to the board. After that we will have an open conversation about the direction for our sangha in the upcoming year, and what members and visitors like and would like to change. Your participation and feedback are very important, so please plan to attend.
