Registration, Attendance and Questions: This is designed as an integrated six part program. It is expected that participants will attend the full program, both for the integrity of the practice and out of respect for other participants. If you would like to register, have questions about being unable to attend a session (make up sessions can be provided where appropriate), or have questions about any other matter, please email Gareth Young.
Gareth Young has been with Red Clay Sangha since its founding. He has formally studied in both the Insight and Zen traditions and his practice is informed by these and other branches of Buddhism, as well as other spiritual practices and other faiths. His approach to practice is intentionally inclusive, open and welcoming.
