The Practice of Kindness

A One-Day Retreat with Richard Skoonberg

Saturday, April 15, from  9:00 to 5:00

My religion is kindness,” said the Dalai Lama. The practice of kindness is multifaceted; it can appear as caring, courtesy, friendship, generosity, kind speech, and compassion. Each facet can become skillful practice, each a dharma gate leading to a wise and open heart. But this practice requires clear intention and a plan. Practicing kindness is a way you can take your Buddhist practice off the cushion and into your daily life.
