Red Clay Sangha's annual members meeting will be held Sunday, March 5 at 10:45am. We will use a hybrid (Zoom and in person) format. With the exciting changes of 2022 and 2023 (new space, guiding teacher, new programs, etc) we have a lot to discuss!
Sunday March 5th is also Precepts Renewal Day, so we will hold the precepts renewal ceremony after our morning meditation and service and immediately prior to the Annual Members Meeting. The meeting will be followed by Lunch on the Grounds - i.e. potluck lunch. There is always more than enough food to go around, so please join for the meeting and for lunch, whether or not you're a member, and whether or not you bring food.
The formal portion of the meeting will cover the state of the Sangha, the high points of the year, and election of the board. After that we will have an open conversation about the direction for our sangha in the upcoming year, and what members and visitors like and would like to change. The conversation will likely continue through lunch. Your participation and feedback are very important, so please plan to attend.
