Monthly (Full MOON) POTLUCK Lunch

Every month, typically on the Sunday closest to the full moon, Red Clay Sangha members "Renew the Precepts".

This beautiful practice is undertaken communally after the regular service. Our preferred precepts ceremony includes three different bells, which members of the community volunteer to ring and accompany communal recitation/ chanting of the precepts. After a short talk and discussion, we break for the highlight of the day: potluck lunch!

All are invited to bring a favorite vegetarian dish...but if you don't bring one, don't worry: there is always more than enough food for all. So please come for the morning, or just for precepts renewal, but in any case always for lunch! It's a wonderful time to get to know your fellow sangha members a little better.
