Metta Practice: One-Day Retreat with Richard Skoonberg

Saturday, April 20, 2024, from  9:00 to 4:00

In this one-day retreat, you will learn the basic elements of Metta  (Lovingkindness practice).  The practice is based on the movement of the heart from aversion to compassion. Metta practice is designed to develop a more open heart. It is a practice of deep insight and compassion. Metta meditation is the wish for the well-being of yourself and the well-being of others.
