From 9:00AM to 11:00AM

Most of us spend majority of our time at work. We all have to interact with many people and go through different kinds of stress (dukkha) at workplace. We carry this suffering from the work to the world. We all can minimize the stress and enjoy our work by taking the practice to the workplace. Our complex and toxic workplace can open many doors to dharma, when we have right intention. Practicing dharma at workplace can arise compassion, empathy and improve our relationships at workplace. It can be an avenue to make the positive difference in the world.
In this short dharma session series, we will talk about taking the dharma practice to the workplace and discuss how the 4 Noble Truths, Noble 8-Fold Path and karma yoga can be practiced at our work and experience better work life for us and for our colleagues. In each session we focus on practicing different branches of the Noble 8-Fold Path at the workplace. Session will have short talk with time for interactive experience sharing. Discussion focuses on individual experiences at workplace with the lens of dharma.
