Mind Over Scroll: Mindfulness in the Age of Screens

Phone addiction has been shown to cause anxiety, reduced social ability, irritability, restlessness, and withdrawal symptoms. There are a ton of blocking apps and tactics to reduce screentime but ultimately, most people find themselves back on their screens. These apps do not address the root of the issue, and that is where the practice of mindfulness can help.
