The Annual Members Meeting for 2013 is scheduled to be held on Tuesday evening, March 26.

Proposed Agenda

1. Voting on the proposed slate for the Board of Directors

(1 Year Terms) Wade Jones

(2 Year Terms) Beth Lilly, Drew Newman, Cherry Zimmer

Anyone else not on this proposed slate may still be nominated and voted onto the board at the election. Thus, if you wish to help build our community in the coming year, we still are looking for at least one more Board member.

2. Review and Vote for Ratification of the proposed 2013 Budget

3. Review and Vote for Ratification of the proposed 2013 Retreat Plan

Only members of Red Clay Sangha are eligible to vote, but the meeting is open to others.
